The Teacher’s Perspective: A 20-Year Journey

"For many students at SAI Autism Center who are now well over 30, the traditional classroom is no longer the right fit. Ribhu Foundation has introduced a professional bridge that meets them where they are. It’s no longer about passing a class; it’s about participating in a real economy through a system that respects their pace and their home life." — Nithya S, Center Head, SAI Autism Center

The Parent’s Perspective: A Practical Livelihood

"The ability for my son to contribute from home has changed our daily dynamic for the better. The gifting projects, like the hand-painted diyas, give him a structured, professional task to look forward to without the stress of a long commute. It provides a practical, sustainable routine that respects our family's needs while giving him the dignity of earned income." — Parent of a Ribhu

"For my child, working with Ribhu is the highlight of the day because it blends so naturally with their other activities, like farming and school. The engagement with vibrant colors and the rhythmic work of painting or potting keeps them focused and calm, preventing the restlessness that often comes with unstructured time. It isn't just a job; it's a creative outlet that gives them something beautiful to be proud of in between their daily routines." — Parent of a Ribhu

Be the Bridge: Volunteer Your Expertise

🌙 Your 9-to-5 Builds a Career. Your 5-to-9 Builds a Legacy.

At Ribhu Foundation, we believe the most valuable gift isn’t always monetary —it’s the expertise you’ve spent years perfecting. You use your skills all day to hit corporate targets; we invite you to use them in your "second shift" to build a world-class system for artisans with disabilities.

What are we looking for?

  • Social Media Strategists: Your 9-to-5 might be building brands; your 5-to-9 can be building a voice for our Ribhus. If you know how to turn a digital presence into a movement, we need your eye.

  • Marketing & Sales Leads: Help us bridge the gap between "social good" and "corporate excellence." Pitch a product line to partners

  • Operations & ISO Architects: If you are a pro at systems and SOPs, help us build the foundation for our ISO 9001:2015 certification. You aren't just organizing; you’re architecting a livelihood.

Why the Ribhu 5-to-9?

  • Skill-Based Impact: Don't just volunteer; consult. Use your specific expertise (Marketing, HR, Admin) where it directly impacts our scale.

  • Respect for the Day Job: As directors and professionals ourselves, we respect your 9-to-5. Our roles are designed to be flexible, remote-friendly, and outcome-oriented.

  • Soul-Fuel: In your 9-to-5, you meet expectations. In your 5-to-9 at Ribhu, you build a legacy that survives beyond all of us.

Success Story: The SAI-Partnership

From Pilot to High-Volume Excellence

Three years ago, we launched a POC with the SAI-Apoorva Centre for Autism. The results are before you:

>> 35,000+ Diyas: Average annual production of handcrafted, high-quality diyas.

>> 500+ Gift Boxes: Expertly assembled and finished for our corporate partners.

>> Precision Focus: Leveraging the unique attention to detail of artisans to meet ISO-level quality standards.

The Result: A transition from "trainees" to "producers," proving that neurodiversity is a powerful asset in artisanal gifting.
