The Teacher’s Perspective: A 20-Year Journey
"For many students at SAI Autism Center who are now well over 30, the traditional classroom is no longer the right fit. Ribhu Foundation has introduced a professional bridge that meets them where they are. It’s no longer about passing a class; it’s about participating in a real economy through a system that respects their pace and their home life." — Nithya S, Center Head, SAI Autism Center

The Parent’s Perspective: A Practical Livelihood
"The ability for my son to contribute from home has changed our daily dynamic for the better. The gifting projects, like the hand-painted diyas, give him a structured, professional task to look forward to without the stress of a long commute. It provides a practical, sustainable routine that respects our family's needs while giving him the dignity of earned income." — Parent of a Ribhu
"For my child, working with Ribhu is the highlight of the day because it blends so naturally with their other activities, like farming and school. The engagement with vibrant colors and the rhythmic work of painting or potting keeps them focused and calm, preventing the restlessness that often comes with unstructured time. It isn't just a job; it's a creative outlet that gives them something beautiful to be proud of in between their daily routines." — Parent of a Ribhu

>> 500+ Gift Boxes: Expertly assembled and finished for our corporate partners.
>> Precision Focus: Leveraging the unique attention to detail of artisans to meet ISO-level quality standards.
The Result: A transition from "trainees" to "producers," proving that neurodiversity is a powerful asset in artisanal gifting.
